• Tax Exemption Details (For 80G Receipts): PAN Card Number, Uploaded PAN Card Document, Street Address, City, State, and Pincode.
• Transaction Records: Donation Amount, Selected Seva Campaign, Date & Time, Payment Status, and Transaction Reference ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process donations and issue official 80G Tax Exemption Receipts.
• To dispatch email/SMS confirmation notifications and digital donation certificates.
• To update donors regarding trust activities (Bhandara feeds, Gaushala medical care, and festival Kathas).
• To verify volunteer registrations and task assignments.

3. Data Security & Payment Safety

We implement SSL encryption across our entire platform. Payment information (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI Credentials, NetBanking PINs) is processed through PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Razorpay). The Foundation does not store sensitive banking data on its servers.

4. Non-Sharing Policy

Maa Kalka Foundation does NOT sell, rent, trade, or share donor or volunteer contact information with any third-party marketing companies. Personal data is shared strictly with tax/statutory authorities if required by law for 80G compliance.
