Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Donation Policy

Maa Kalka Foundation is a non-profit registered charitable trust (Reg. No: 5849/Palwal). As per Indian Trust Laws and Income Tax Regulations (Section 80G):

• Every contribution made by a donor is considered a voluntary gift to support Gau Seva (cow welfare), daily Bhandara food distribution, Sanskrit shala education, and tree plantation drives.
• Once a donation payment is processed through our online gateway (Razorpay) or bank transfer, funds are immediately committed to daily charitable operations and cannot be refunded or reversed.
• Once an 80G Tax Exemption Receipt is generated and issued in the donor's name, the transaction becomes irreversible under Income Tax statutory rules.

2. Cancellation Requests

Due to the nature of immediate meal preparation, cattle fodder procurement, and charitable allocation, cancellation requests for completed donations will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Duplicate or Technical Error Exception

The only exception to our non-refundable policy applies to verified technical payment gateway errors:

• If a donor’s account is debited twice for the same single donation transaction due to a network error or payment gateway glitch, the extra debited amount will be refunded upon verification.
• To claim a refund for a duplicate debited transaction, the donor must notify the trust in writing within 7 days of the transaction date with the bank statement proof and transaction reference IDs.
• Approved duplicate error refunds will be credited back to the original payment source account within 7-10 business days.
