Maa Kalka Foundation is a non-profit registered public charitable trust dedicated to cow protection (Gau Seva), daily free food distribution (Bhandara), Sanskrit education, and environmental green drives. All activities conducted on this website are exclusively for charitable and cultural welfare.

2. Voluntary Donations

• All contributions made through this platform are voluntary offerings intended for public charitable causes.
• Donors must provide accurate personal details (Name, Phone, Email, Address, PAN Card) for 80G tax exemption receipts.
• Payment processing is securely handled via integrated payment gateways (Razorpay). The Foundation does not store credit card details or net banking credentials.

3. 80G Tax Exemption Receipts

In accordance with Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, tax exemption receipts are issued to eligible donors who provide valid PAN card details and address information upon successful transaction confirmation.

4. Use of Website Content

All logos, text content, photographs, videos, and devotional materials featured on this website are the intellectual property of Maa Kalka Foundation. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Volunteer & Member Governance

Volunteers and registered members are required to uphold high ethical standards, respect temple and gaushala sanctity, and follow trust safety instructions during on-field events.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of server downtime, third-party payment gateway failures, or internet disconnections during transaction processing.
